Andrea Foundation is a Romanian non-governmental and independent organization without any political affiliation or involvement. The Foundation supports social, educational and health-related programs that directly or indirectly benefit children.

This goal is largely accomplished through collaborations with the Dreyfus Health Foundation and the Children's Help Net Foundation, two New York based NGOs.

The Dreyfus Health Foundation sponsors programs that teach people to solve health and social problems with local resources. Activities include the educational programs:
